At UrbanEase Wear, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below.

Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever occurs first.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

Prepaid Orders

• Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD orders can be cancelled before shipment without any charges.

Cancellation by UrbanEase Wear

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or technical errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incomplete customer information

In such cases, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
